Are upgrades free?

If you have an annual subscription to our software, you always have access to the current version of that software. Whenever we release a new version of the software with enhancements or bug fixes, you will be notified and can begin using the new software immediately. If you own the older perpetual licenses (sold prior to 2016), which are only good for a particular version of our software, you may upgrade to the latest release of that version of the software without a charge. If you want the current version of the software, then you need to switch to an annual subscription. You may qualify to receive a "grandfather" discount when purchasing invidiual component subscriptions.
